Supported multifamily pursuit + construction processes, lifecycle oversight, early-stage design/pre-construction support.

Director of Construction (2020–2024)

Led all construction operations for DHI’s Utah multifamily division and served as the Qualifying Party for Utah General Contractor licensing for DHI Communities, overseeing compliance, experience requirements, and regulatory standing for multifamily construction operations in Utah. Responsible for full lifecycle delivery:

Responsibilities included subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budget tracking, quality assurance, owner communication, and turnover preparation.

Worked for one of the nation’s premier owner-builder developers.
Managed on-site construction, sequencing, subcontractor performance, RFI/submittal workflow, schedule management, and buyout assistance.
